What: BrightView Open House
When: Friday, October 14, from 5 to 7 p.m.
Where: 6527 Colerain Avenue
Last month, BrightView, a local addiction resource center, announced the official opening of their second location at 6527 Colerain Avenue in Cincinnati. The Colerain facility is holding an open house on October 14. All are welcome to come see the 6,500 space where those who suffer from drug dependency are treated with compassion as they heal their bodies and minds, recover healthy lives and discover new beginnings.
BrightView is an outpatient addiction practice that uses medication-assisted treatment combined with psychological and social services to address the prescription drug/opiate epidemic plaguing Greater Cincinnati and our nation as a whole.
BrightView has immediate openings available for new patients. With the increased capacity of its second location, long wait times for treatment have been drastically reduced. People are typically inducted into the program within 24 or 48 hours of contacting BrightView.
BrightView’s first location is at 2300 Wall Street in Norwood. The Norwood facility first began treating patients in March 2015.
BrightView’s mission statement states that treatment will be accomplished by providing those who suffer under the burden of opiate dependence the chance to recover in a place where they are welcomed, encouraged, and respected. Through the use of medication-assisted treatment and in conjunction with psychological and social support services, they provide the necessary support to help people reach their mental and physical goals. This model allows for patients and their care providers to develop a program that will become a pillar of success within the Greater Cincinnati community.
